How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and major sporting events. For high-demand dates like the World Cup Final, playoff weekends, and holiday weekends, dates can fill up weeks in advance. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings — contact us and we'll let you know availability immediately.
What's included in the rental price? +
Everything. Transportation of the wall to your venue, full professional setup by our crew, live operation by a Vibe District technician for the duration of your event, and complete breakdown and removal after. The only add-on is our professional sound system at $500/day if you need audio coverage.
Can the wall be used outdoors? +
Yes. Our LED panels are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They perform in ambient daylight, evening light, and full darkness. For outdoor setups we'll discuss power requirements and weather conditions with you during booking. We've done rooftops, courtyards, parking lots, backyards, and tented spaces.
What content can be displayed on the wall? +
Anything. Live sports broadcasts via cable or streaming, custom brand graphics, photo slideshows, wedding video montages, live camera feeds from your event, YouTube, Netflix, concert visuals — any HDMI or streaming source works. We connect to your source or bring our own playback system depending on your needs.
How much space does the wall need? +
The full 9×18ft wall requires approximately 10ft of clearance height and 20ft of width. We also need space for the support structure behind the wall (about 3-4ft of depth). For smaller venues we can configure smaller wall sizes. When you book, tell us your venue dimensions and we'll recommend the perfect setup.
What are your payment terms? +
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and hold your date. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the event before setup begins. We accept credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, and cash.
Do you also provide DJ, MC, or other services? +
Yes — Vibe District is a full-service premium entertainment company. Beyond LED walls we offer DJ services, MC hosting, cold spark machines, CO2 cannons, uplighting, and 360 photo booths. Bundle services for a package discount. Ask us when you book.
